1. Are these dining ware items safe and non-toxic, suitable for children's use?
All dining ware products on our platform undergo rigorous screening to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards, such as FDA and LFGB certifications. For children's dining ware, we pay special attention to the safety of materials, using food-grade silicone, stainless steel, or tempered glass, which are non-toxic, odorless, easy to clean, and have smooth edges without sharp corners, making them ideal for children's use.
2. What are the materials of these kitchenware items? Are they easy to clean and maintain?
Kitchenware materials vary, including stainless steel, cast iron, ceramic, silicone, etc. Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages, such as stainless steel's corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, cast iron's excellent heat retention for slow cooking, and ceramic's aesthetic appeal with careful handling. Our kitchenware is made from high-quality materials and is easy to clean and maintain. We also provide detailed cleaning and maintenance guides to help you better care for your kitchenware and extend its lifespan.
3. Are these household items eco-friendly and biodegradable? Do they have any impact on the environment?
Our platform emphasizes eco-friendliness and actively promotes environmentally friendly and biodegradable household items. For products made from biodegradable materials, such as bamboo fiber napkins and corn starch-based plastic cutlery, we clearly indicate their eco-friendly characteristics and usage instructions in the product details. We also encourage consumers to reduce the use of disposable items and choose reusable eco-friendly products to protect the Earth's environment together.
